Some super simple meal ideas!

   This is for you to have a basis of what to eat!😉

  Breakfast:

    Pancake👇

  • 2 eggs
  • 60g/2 eggs whites
  • 20g of flour
  • 1 banana/mango/apple/pear
    Lunch and Dinner:
  • Chicken breast/Roasted chicken/Grilled fish
  •  Cooked white rice- 100g
  • Salad or vegetables(To season with limon)
  • Orange
    Snack:
  • 1 flavored yogurt
  • 130g grapes/ mango/ 120g blueberries/ apple
