  • 40s speed
  • 30s climb
  • 50s normal/rest

  • bicep curls-15x3
  • tricep dips- 15x3
  • hammer curls- 15x3
  • 90 degree lateral raise- 15x3
  • upright row- 15x3
  • high curl- 15x3
    Legs:
  • hamstring tantrums- 15x3
  • nordic Hamstring curls- 15x3
  • bulgarian split squats- 15x3
  • bulgarian jump- 15x3
  • skip variations- 15x3
  • wall switches- 15x3
  • weighted squads- 15x3
    Abs:
  • suitcases-15x3
  • deadbuggs- 15x3
  • toe touches- 15x3
  • russian twists- 15x3
  • leg lifts- 15x3
  • bicycle crunches- 15x3
  • flutter kicks- 15x3
    Ps:I always do 15x3 because it goes good in my mind and I'm comfortable with it, so find your.
